Mr. Strauch earned engineering degrees from Cornell (BSEE) and Stanford (MSEE) Universities. He endowed the Roger A. Strauch Chair in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and co-founded the William Saroyan Endowment for Armenian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. He is chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute, as well as being the chairman of The Paros Foundation, which renovates schools and medical clinics in economically disadvantaged Armenian villages.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of the Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business, and now serves as the Chair of the Board of Regents for University of the Pacific. He is a past Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents’ Organization, and past Chair of the San Joaquin Partnership, a public/private economic development entity. He also served on the Board of Equity Music, a Nashville, Tennessee music label, and has served on numerous charitable, advisory, and Foundation Boards in San Joaquin County.

Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Augusta College, a Master’s of Science Degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University, and an MBA in International Marketing from Seton Hall University. Henry is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK). He serves on the boards of several start-up healthcare and medical device companies, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations, both domestically and internationally.
